How often do you travel, and for what purpose?
Most of the year, if possible.
What types of fitness routines do you follow while traveling?
None really. I like hiking and walking in the places I go. Sometimes I look for yoga classes.
What challenges do you face when trying to stay fit on the road?
Some places aren’t as easy or safe to walk around in.
How do you adjust your nutrition while traveling to stay healthy?
I don’t. I probably eat worse when traveling.
