How often do you travel, and for what purpose?

Half of my time I spend traveling for leisure, mostly, but I also work.

What types of fitness routines do you follow while traveling?

Yoga, walking, and gym.

What challenges do you face when trying to stay fit on the road?

None. Yoga and walking can be done anywhere.

How do you adjust your nutrition while traveling to stay healthy?

Follow Ayurvedic prescription, eat a good lunch rich in vegetables and fruit mornings and evenings. Avoid at all costs heavy meals after sunset, only fruit. Lots of fresh and dried fruit. Hydration with teas and herb infusions. Avoid alcohol.

Are there specific apps, gear, or resources you recommend for staying fit while traveling?

Walk everywhere, carry your backpack, bring a cloth you can stretch on.
