How often do you travel, and for what purpose?
Sort of continuously at the moment; purpose: for life.
What types of fitness routines do you follow while traveling?
Yoga, dance, walking my dog, some HIIT.
What challenges do you face when trying to stay fit on the road?
Limited or not always convenient space; when wanting to work out in a group setting it's sometimes hard to find a fitting one and committ if only staying for a short time in one place; financial resources can be a challenge; when moving a lot (as opposed to staying out in one place for a while) it can be hard to have a proper routine and keep a regular practise alive; there might also be jet lag, a tough climate (e.g. the tropics), security issues (which can prevent being able to do sports outside alone, e.g. going for a run).
How do you adjust your nutrition while traveling to stay healthy?
I might take more/additional supplements if needed but generally I don't adjust my nutrition much; this very much depends on what's available and what kind of trip but on the whole I try and stay true to eating in what I believe is healthy for me and my body. I would say I'm more flexible to allow for trying new foods & drinks. Eating well and as healthy as possible is important to me so I'm prepared to spend more money to ensure I'm eating well.
Are there specific apps, gear, or resources you recommend for staying fit while traveling?
I personally don't use any.
