How often do you travel, and for what purpose?
1-2 times a year.
What types of fitness routines do you follow while traveling?
I makes sure to plan either my rest day during that time, or plan out what to do instead of my regular scheduled routine. So if I usually go to the gym and don’t have access, I’ll do a YouTube video or outside workout that is comprable.
What challenges do you face when trying to stay fit on the road?
Usually eating out at places that do not have healthy options, or family cooking that is unhealthy.
How do you adjust your nutrition while traveling to stay healthy?
I will go to the store on my own and purchase healthy options. There is always a somewhat healthy option at restaurants
Are there specific apps, gear, or resources you recommend for staying fit while traveling?
YouTube for workouts, I don’t really use anything else bc gear is not needed unless you lift. Local gyms are also always accessible but if not there is just walking running squatting etc outside.
